What children wear, where to buy it, and the rules on jewellery and valuables.

School Uniform and PE Kit

EYFS and Key Stage 1

Our school colours are navy and sky blue and our uniform is:

Grey skirt, pinafore or trousersNavy sweatshirt/knitwearBlue polo shirtBlue check/stripe dressGrey/White socksWaterproof dark coloured shoes

Navy sweatshirts and sky blue polo shirts embroidered with our school logo are available from Clive Mark, Tesco (online ordering only tesco.com/clothing) or Crested Schoolwear (Gracechurch Shopping Centre Sutton Coldfield).

Jeans, trainers, fashion shoes and boots must not be worn at school.

PE Kit

All children change for PE. Reception children wear a vest or white T-shirt, blue shorts and black pumps.

Year One and Two children wear a white T-shirt and blue shorts with black pumps. Plain blue/black tracksuit and trainers are worn for outdoor PE lessons each week.

For safety reasons, children should not wear jewellery.

Key Stage 2

We ask that parents send children to school wearing:

Children must not wear jeans. Trainers, fashion shoes and boots are not acceptable footwear.

Uniforms displaying the school badge can be purchased from Clive Marks (Boldmere).

PE Kit

Plain white ‘T’ shirt or polo top.Navy or black shorts.Black or white socks.Trainers.Navy or black hoody or jumper.Navy/Black jogging bottoms may be worn in cold weather. No tracksuits.One piece swimming costume (girls) / trunks (boys) – not swim shorts. You will be advised in advance when your child’s class will be swimming.No items of clothes with branded names.Long hair must be tied back.

Please ensure that all items of uniform and P.E. kit are clearly named. Un-named lost property is only kept in school for a very short time.

Jewellery:

Pupils should not wear jewellery to school, however studs in pierced ears may be worn.

We ask that children do not wear items of jewellery on PE or swimming days.

Children must not wear nail varnish or false nails to school.

Valuable Items in School:

Pupils must not bring valuable items to school. We do not accept responsibility for any items of value which may be lost or damaged.
